I'm a licensed Master Social Worker, who specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with over 17 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges through evidence-based therapeutic practices. With a deep passion for empowering clients to transform their thoughts and behaviors, I provide compassionate and effective treatment for anxiety, depression, stress, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism and other mental health conditions. Using CBT, I help clients identify and reframe negative thinking patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical skills for managing their emotions and behaviors. Drawing on a client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with clients to set achievable goals and create personalized treatment plans. I have a special interest in helping clients build resilience and improve their overall well-being. I believe in the power of self-awareness and self-compassion, guiding clients toward lasting change and a healthier, more fulfilling life. In addition to my clinical work, I regularly participate in ongoing education to stay current with the latest advancements in CBT and mental health treatment.
